这个学期不知道为什么一直睡眠不好。
上午坐电脑前突然抬头把脖子扭了，很疼，估计要好几天不能怎大幅度动弹了，现在扭动都疼，加上右边肩膀也疼。

早晨刷牙时候突然脑海里飘出Bread乐队的《Aubrey》来，温柔的歌曲，一时间我也沉浸其中，待吐出口中水时才发现刷出血来了，温柔的代价？
